over a year ago It was a good experience............... Everyone was very nice, smooth going all the way around. Overall good but lengthy.......... Everyone was very helpful........... It was pretty good and the sales person was really good and friendly to us. Great, like the customer service. It was awesome! Tony made sure we bought what we wanted and did not just sell us a car. We will buy cars from here from now on Very through. Sales person and I had already chosen a S version of my the Nissian Pathfinder. The salesperson, Gavin Samples showed me the SV version. Because of his patience I decided to go up attorneys the SV version. The experience was good. Wait was a bit long, but they were prompt and couteous. Always iendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful service. Parts dept guy Jimmy was awesome as well... Sales staff worked very hard to make a deal possible. Finance was very thorough. My experience was very professional he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. We originally came in just to see how much we could get for our truck as a trade in.

We were introduced to Jeff to take care of us and he did just that. He was very knowledgable able the vehicle and the situation we were in. Glen came and introduced himself and we were immediately attracted to his open personally. I am very pleased with the outcome and the vehicle we purchased today. The car buying experience is already painful but these guys really made it a pleasure. The only criticism I would have if i had to would be the total time spent on buying a car. Other then that we give our experience a 10. (would have been a 9, thanks to the cake it's a 10) Good. Made a quick deal.......... Nissan of Fort Worth went out of their way to get me in the truck I wanted. Excellent job! Very smooth, friendly, straight forward. My experiences was awesome! Iwas treated very well and the customer service was great. Good, every explained everything very well John was great! He made the negotiation process very easy. I had a good experience.
